A Message from the Executive Director

Dear cultural leaders,

It is an honor to greet you and share practical tools for your journey as a leader. Cultural value leadership is the intentional use of cultural influences to advance your career and the professional journey of others. 

Historically, leadership development has been only available to individuals in a selected sector of business and public service. At the Cultural Value Leadership Institute (CVLI), we care about developing the leadership skills of all people willing to advance as people of positive impact. We provide resources, research-based solutions, and funds to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are an independent leader, a corporation, or the leader of a project, we have tools to help you quantify your sociocultural footprint.

Everyone can use our resources in the QoUNIT platform to quantify leadership impact. CVLI is a non-profit organization with the objective of educating communities about culture as an asset in economic development and social innovation. Our partnership with QoUNIT allows us to provide a free online calculator to quantify the impact and frequency of leadership.  Our mission is to motivate users to be agents of positive cultural conduct, our vision is for every leader to feel supported.
